EFFILUX is committed to:

Prohibit any external person from entering or staying in EFFILUX offices in which certain personal data is stored, without the presence of an EFFILUX staff member

What are the procedures for exercising the right to access and rectify or delete personal data?

As provided for by the CNIL, EFFILUX is not required to respond to requests for the right of access if:

they are manifestly unfounded or excessive in particular by their repetitive nature (for example, multiple requests and reconciled in time to a copy already provided);
